Sauce Tartare wit free-range eggs 2,1l

Our Tartare sauce is the classic among Spak’s sauces. Creamy and spicy, refined with crunchy pickles and onions – this sauce is simply a real allrounder. It goes well with many different savoury dishes, such as baked mushrooms or seafood. It can also be used as a dip for potatoes.

The sauce is available in 2.1l canisters and is therefore perfect for hotels and restaurants.

Ingredients
water, 34% rapeseed oil, 8.6% cucumbers, 5.3% onions, sugar, spirit vinegar, 2.6% pasteurized egg yolk*, modified starch, capers, salt, mustard seeds, lemon juice from concentrate, parsley, starch, spices, spice extracts, acidulants: lactic acid, citric acid; preservatives: sorbic acid, sodium benzoate; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; antioxidant: calcium disodium EDTA. *with free-range eggs
