Our Weißwurst mustard is made from 100% austrian mustard seeds. The addition of honey gives it its mildly sweet taste and makes it the perfect accompaniment to traditional Weißwurst. It also goes well with cooked and cold sausages or as a dip for the pretzels.
Albatros mustard has been produced according to a traditional recipe since 1866.
