Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, adress or e-mail adresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. WE use cookies to make our website userfriendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis services Google Analytics and Matomo. The provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Matomo runs on the servers of Cookis GmbH, 6460 Imst, Franz Xaver Rennstraße 4 (Bakehouse customer). Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last eight bits clwz. This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

SSL Encryption

For reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address and credit card number of the purchaser.

In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: contact data (telephone number and e-mail). The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transfered to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the filfilment of our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored at least until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
