After that squeeze it good and let it drip off.<br>&#8211; Put the quinoa in a strainer, wash it, the cook it according to the instructions on the package. Once it&#8217;s cooked, let it cool down.<br>&#8211; Now, finely chop the garlic clove.<br>&#8211; After that, blend the dripped off beetroot with the other ingredients and add some seasoning.<br>&#8211; As soon as you get a pastry out of the ingredients, start to form four patties.
